Cool Petaluma empowers neighborhoods to take local climate action together — through simple, practical steps that reduce emissions, strengthen relationships, and prepare for emergencies. By linking climate action to community connection, the project turns concern into collaboration and neighbors into teammates.

Cool Petaluma has expanded citywide — launching neighborhood “Cool Blocks,” hosting local events, and supporting business initiatives like Cool Biz. Together, we’re building the social and environmental resilience that keeps Petaluma thriving.
