In this style of yoga, we integrate the alignments of Balance/Original Alignment (based on studying the posture of less industrialized cultures) with Iyengar style yoga to reduce injuries, increase length in the spine, and relieve back pain. Other benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, and stress reduction. We’ll also be integrating some of Dr. Loren Fishman’s guidelines for bone strengthening. Beginners welcome!

What To Bring: There are some yoga props there, but if you don’t want to use shared props, you can bring your own mat, strap, blocks and blanket.
