Wake Up & Walk

Start your day in mindfulness with nature. Our group of women steps out for a walk together, exploring and sharing the world around us. This is a beautiful way to begin your Saturday; Greet, gather and immerse into the quiet with little talking.
Our walks are all about gathering as a community, welcoming new members, and most importantly, getting outside and walking to stretch and move our energy.
Each walk is hosted by Joy Regan, WomenWalking founder. Joy will facilitate introductions, include a short mindfulness exercise and then we get walking!

Who is WomenWalking?
We are an inclusive organization of women dedicated to walking together. We use an online platform to connect, exchange information and then meet up for walks. We are all about creating a welcoming and diverse community of women who want to connect for company to enjoy the outdoors. And because we believe walking and the natural world can happen anywhere, we have members and walks that focus on a variety of environments. No matter your age or ability we have walking partners who will go your pace and go when and where you want to go!
