December 31, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

- Free

Meditation is a method for acquainting our mind with the causes of happiness. By training in meditation, we gradually develop an inner strength and the ability to maintain a positive and constructive mindset in the face of any challenge or adversity. Buddhist thought offers us clear and practical instructions for training in meditation, as well as other helpful methods for cultivating healthy habits of mind. With these profound tools, we can begin applying effort today to create the future happiness and peace we long for.

Attend this free online public talk on New Year’s Eve and start the new year in motion with inspiration and hope. Set new intentions and gain new insights that will help you cultivate and deepen your experience of inner peace.

This talk will conclude with special ritual prayers for global healing. After this, we’ll invite you to join us in lighting a candle for world peace in your home.

This is a free event. If you wish to make a donation, any amount is welcome and always greatly appreciated.
