CCT is an 8-week class that is rooted in contemplative wisdom & modern psychology
This program provides weekly compassion-based meditation instruction, short presentations, class exercises and group discussions designed to promote reflection and to strengthen compassion skills. CCT fosters compassion for oneself and for others. The program also enhances resilience in face of suffering, increases our sense of connection to oneself and to others, helps to reduce stress and protects against burnout.
