Join nutritional therapist Meredith Brown and chef Laci Sandoval for an evening dedicated to cooking nourishing meals for the whole family.
This hands on class will focus on techniques, tricks and tips to incorporate healthy, nutrient dense foods into every meal. From baby’s first foods to school lunches, picky eaters to immune boosting super foods, Meredith will cover it all! Gain a sense of empowerment as you learn to use food as nature’s preventive medicine and watch your family thrive.
Each student will go home with at least three delicious items we have prepared in class, ready to use for the next week’s meals. In addition, enough printed recipes and resource cards will be provided to fill an entire week’s meal plan.
Our Elevated Stocks and Broths Class on October 4th will serve as a building block for this evening in the kitchen. It is not a requirement to attend both classes but much of the information provided in the broths course will enhance the experience for students in the Nourishing the Family Class. We would love to have you join us for both!
