I design my classes to give your whole being an experience that results in your feeling strong, flexible, resilient and refreshed.
I teach with a therapeutic and healing approach intended to prevent, reduce, or alleviate structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain, as well as suffering or limitations.
My classes use and interweave all the different tools that yoga has to offer in order for you to receive the fantastic benefits it provides. Recent research studies show that regular yoga practice enhances muscular strength and body flexibility; promotes and improves respiratory and cardiovascular function; reduces stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain; improves sleep patterns; promotes recovery from and treatment of addiction; and enhances overall well-being and quality of life.
