Join us for a monthly guided forgiveness meditation led by Forgiveness Teacher Eileen Barker. Meditation is an integral part of forgiveness practice, as it enables us to gain self-awareness, compassion and mastery. Suitable for all levels, beginning to advanced. These monthly groups will serve as an introduction for some, and a deepening for others. Offered on a drop-in basis. There will be time for questions and sharing. All are welcome.
