Broths and stocks are not only one of the fundamental building blocks of high quality cuisine, they are also an essential part of a healthy diet. Join us for a fun and informative class that will teach different techniques for making nutrient dense bone broths. Nutritional therapist Meredith Brown will share with you the incredible role these broths can play in building natural immunity, repairing and maintaining a healthy gut, enhancing the beauty of your hair and skin, and improving over all joint strength. Chef Laci Sandoval will then teach simple yet refined ways to incorporate your homemade stocks and broths into everyday cooking.
Each student will leave with over two quarts of broth to use for the coming week’s meals!
