Buddhist Advice for a Happy New Year

Join us in-person for this special public talk on New Year’s Eve and learn methods based on Buddha’s timeless teachings for cultivating inner clarity and peace. Learn how to begin a daily meditation practice and discover practical tools you can use in your daily life to reduce worry and stress in the new year.

This talk will conclude with special ritual prayers for global healing and compassion.
