How wonderful would it be if we were able to benefit our loved ones every day, and if ultimately we could give them permanent happiness and freedom from suffering? Buddha taught that developing the power to do this is possible by increasing our compassion and wisdom through the practice of meditation.
Every living being has the potential for limitless love, compassion, and wisdom. As human beings, we have the opportunity to cultivate and grow this potential until we attain the supreme good heart of a Bodhisattva.
In this day course, Gen Kelsang Tenzin will explain how we can transform our ordinary view of ourself and others by using our daily activities to train in the Bodhisattva’s path.
