3 Saturdays 10:30 am-12 noon
This 3 part Paint and Pour Series will teach you everything you need to know to create beautiful and unique fluid acrylic art paintings. Take one or all 3
How to mix and create the rich, creamy pouring solutions and begin experimenting with making exciting paintings. We will learn tips and strategies for moving the paint on paper/canvas, color, marbling techniques and learn how to do cup and flip cup pours.
Practicing and adding more techniques. Session 2 expands the range of ways fluid acrylic can create amazing designs and delightful surprises. In this session we will learn how to do ring pours, how to cut and alter shapes by “wrecking,” Puddle pours and more.
May 21 Session 3: The Kitchen Sink! This final session will include using everyday kitchen items for fluid acrylic pouring. We will be using kitchen strainers, plastic bottle bottoms, funnels and other everyday items to facilitate incredible designs. Balloon smashing, blow drying/dutch pour and other fun and easy techniques will be demonstrated.3 session workshop (In person)
NO experience or “talent” needed -just the desire to laugh, learn and enjoy being together.
