We share the common space. See photos and floor plan to get a sense of the house. The family, dining, living rooms and kitchen are open, spacious, and fully furnished. There’s HDTV and soundbar in the family room and HEOS smartphone operated music in the living room.

The kitchen is great for chefs with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, convection oven and lots of counter space. It is also fully equipped with everything you need to cook, eat and entertain. Double pane windows and radiant heat manage the environment nicely.

I am a 58-year-old female and work full time.  I am an artist (acrylics), and music lover (blues, rock, jazz). I love people, dogs, my community, and the arts. I grew up in this neighborhood and have lived in the Bay Area most of my adult life.

I work 40+ hours a week and into the evening (7:30 pm) and several nights (8:30 -9:30 pm), so you’ll often have the house to yourself through dinner time. I also have an active social life that keeps me out and about and I do some modest entertaining at home.

About you:
Pay rent and utilities on time, help keep the house neat and make it your own. Be honest, kind & real.

The home is in the DIXIE SCHOOL DISTRICT, and Dixie Elementary, a California Distinguished School, is a block away. The walking, running, hiking and biking are awesome! The community is loaded with dogs and dog walking is easy, fun and extensive! The valley is gorgeous, surrounded by open space hills for hiking. There’s a tennis court across the street and a pool, playground, etc. at the Community Center a short walk away. All yours to enjoy. The sky is stunning a night, yet you are less than 5 minutes from the freeway.Golden Gate Transit to San Francisco stops at the bottom of the hill, the Larkspur Ferry is 15 minutes away and there is a Smart Train Station one exit away.

McInnis Park Golf Center and Club Restaurant are just past the freeway onramp. The beautiful Marin YMCA and Health Club is even closer. There are multiple and diverse grocery stores within a 5-mile radius and Northgate Mall is 7 minutes away. Both Kaiser and Blue Cross have facilities nearby.

Nicasio and Point Reyes are a few miles West out Lucas Valley Road. San Francisco is about 30 minutes south while Sonoma, Napa and the wine country are 20 minutes north. The Richmond Bridge to the East Bay is 15 minutes away.
