Art Studio space?

Aspiring artist seeking studio/work space.

I am looking to rent a space in which I can work on creative projects.

I would consider a garage, a chicken coop, a barn, etc…..an inspiring space with plenty of sunlight and fresh air and electricity, water and Wifi…ideally.

Since I am not currently earning any money doing this work, I need something affordable, and I am willing to negotiate a mutually satisfactory arrangement.  I am willing to clean out a space…..need someone to clear out a garage?  a barn? etc…
